Why Join ICLS?
DISCORD ACCESS
The Discord Server is an online component of the ICLS community where members can network with each other, look for crew recommendations, jobs, and tap into the group knowledge about any lighting topic in the answer/question channels. Full and Associate Members have access to the Discord Server, with Full Members having full access.
FIRST LOOKS
ICLS brings in vendors regularly, from Arri to LiteGear to Gaffers Control and more. Members have the opportunity to see live demos and ask questions about products that either are newly released, or not yet released. A VOTE IN THE ORGANIZATION
ICLS is a 501c6 Non-Profit Membership Organization, and members are allowed to vote in general elections held by the organization. They can also join and chair committees, start committees, and participate in building the organization. Full Members have a vote and can join committees, Associate and Observer Members have limited access to Committees.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a Lighting Professional with a superior body of work as a Gaffer, Rigging Gaffer or Console Programmer.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
You have consecutively and consistently worked in Cinematic Lighting as a Gaffer, Rigging Gaffer, or Console Programmer for at least the past eight years.
