Accessibility in the Industry Roundtable
On 11 October 2025 at 12:00 pm (PDT), ICLS hosted the Roundtable “Accessibility in the Industry”, which focused on accessibility within the set lighting sector of the film industry. The discussion explored the challenges, progress, and initiatives shaping a more inclusive and supportive environment for all professionals working behind the scenes. The Roundtable featured an esteemed panel of speakers, including Tema Staig, Executive Director of Women In Media; Stevee-Rayne Warren, Workforce Program Director at NOVAC: New Orleans & Baton Rouge, and Warner Brothers Discovery Access to Action; Ashlee Hypolite, Executive Director of Hollywood CPR; Amanda Yerby, Member of PANO Network and NYU Film & TV; Pooja Gupte, ISC, Member of D&I Committee, IMAGO; and Bob Clarke, Founder and CEO of Mama Youth Project. The session was moderated by Dessie Coale, Chair of the DEIA Committee, ICLS. Together, the panelists shared personal stories, lessons learned both on and off set, and valuable advice for the next generation of industry professionals.
