Join us for “The Flicker Department on Stranger Things Season 5” Presentation by Joshua Earles-Bennett, Mike Davidson, and Ryan Riegner on 2nd August 2025 at 12:00 pm (PDT). Discover how the team behind Stranger Things Season 5 developed an innovative LED solution that gave full creative control over practical street lighting on set. This custom system allowed the Gaffer and DPs to dim and flicker street lights, shift color temperatures from 2700K to 6000K, and modify beam angles using reflectors or gels for additional color flexibility—all while maintaining the visual authenticity of traditional street lamps. There will also be opportunities for Q&A Session.
