A Raffle & A Guest

As many of you are aware, we are hosting our first ever Virtual Tradeshow this weekend, March 5th 2022! We have an incredible line-up of vendors presenting to our ICLS Members, and today we get to announce that many of them will be presenting raffle items for ICLS Members who attend their session. Additionally, we are opening up the guest list to our show a bit. Each ICLS member who attends can invite a Plus 1 guest to our show.

What Are These Raffle Items?

To say we are excited about these items is an understatement! Here are the raffle items from each vendor:

• Arri: Oribter + Accessories + Docking Ring (1 winner)
• DoP Choice: 4Ft Tube SnapGrids (2 winners, 1 each)
• Astera: A pair of AX9 PowerPAR + Accessories (1 winner)
• Gaffer’s Control: Gaffer Control Unit (1 winner)
• Rosco: Dash Kit + Accessories (4 winners, 1 each)
• RuPixels: Swag Package (6 winners, 1 each)
• Creamsource: Vortex 8 (1 winner)
• Blackout Lighting App: Single Universe License (1 winner)
• Aputure: 1 MC or 1B7c for each attendee (each person gets to choose)
• When we have more, we’ll update this list!

How Does the Raffle Work?

Each vendor handles the raffle independently, ICLS will not be involved in the picking of any of the winners. Here’s how we’ll keep it all organized:

1. To be entered into a Vendor’s raffle, you will need to attend their presentation.
2. At the end of the presentation we will drop a poll to everyone present. By completing the poll, you will be entered into that Vendor’s raffle.
3. We will then pass on the contact info and names of those who agreed to be entered into the raffle to that Vendor.
4. The Vendor will then complete the raffle however they see fit, and notify the winner.

Who Can Enter the Raffle?

ICLS Members can enter the raffle.

How Does an ICLS Member Get Their Guest on the List?

Each member of the ICLS is allowed to invite one guest to the Tradeshow. It’s important to note the following in order for your guest to attend!

1. Have your guest email Bea at [email protected] – or you can email Bea and cc your guest.
2. Have your guest include who recommend them (you!) in the email.
3. I will send over instructions for the Zoom to your guest.
4. Your guest shows up on Saturday and attends our Virtual Tradeshow!

Important Note Regarding Guests:

Guests will not be entered into any of the raffles. The raffles are for Full Members of the ICLS.
