The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is Invest in women: Accelerate progress. Achieving gender equality and women’s well-being in all aspects of life is more crucial than ever if we want to create prosperous economies and a healthy planet. Together, we can accelerate progress by illuminating a path towards a world that is safer, inclusive, equitable, and accessible to all.

The International Women’s Day belongs to everyone, everywhere! We shall continue to embrace equity with regards to working practice in all aspects of the lighting industry. Today and every day, we at ICLS shall continue to promote and contribute towards a gender equal world, a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive to all.
